Are you sure you need a 22" blade? Normally, the model number "20" is also the blade diameter... FWIW...

If I am seeing it right, and the end of your blade is the culprit, you can save yourself some moola by using a belt or hand sander and carefully sand away and re-shape the end of the blade. You then in turn measure the length of your sanded tip wing hub center to tip, and sand down the opposite end equally to retain dynamic blade balance. The blade is composite and will sand to re-shape easily. Your blade will be a tad shorter in length, but I assure you if you are careful and do a good job of re-shaping and balance, it will look, run, and push air just as good as a replacement blade($$$). Thanks John,No, I haven't taken it off and measured it carefully. It very very well could be a 20". Even after playing with fans for almost 15 years, this is my first Freshy, so I am not very familiar with them. I plan on taking it apart and seeing just how bad it is this weekend. Larry

Thanks Russ,Good suggestion. This will be a great workshop fan, so it doesn't have to be perfect. I will take a look and see if the crack doesn't impact the safety of the blade. Larry

With a little bit of fuss and taking your time, you can doll those tips to look like downtown. If you have a Dubro prop balancer, all you need is a long 3/8" shaft(ACE hardware) to shift around(back or forth) on the balancer wheels to counter weight the blade to check for a heavy end of the prop when your done shaving the tips. If one end of the blade drops down there is your heads up. Just use a electrical hand sander on the back of the heavy end of the blade until she spins without drop. You can then doll the blade overall with a buffing wheel.
