These are the only two images to go on.  I don’t have a clue what it is.  Don’t want to miss a diamond in the rough but it looks more like a lump of coal.

I am not 100% on it myself, but that blade wing shape puts me at 99.8%.  Hats off to those who can post a question and answer it.  :D

Sadly that blade was extremely efficient, but the pot metal motor was junk.
