Please check your parts stashes: I've got a pair of spun aluminum shades thats I picked up a couple years ago I'd like to build into sconces with some silver dipped bulbs. I need some sockets like the ones in the catalog page below but they need to be threaded to accept the shades. If anyone has some they're not holding onto, please send me a PM. David, that's just an ordinary flushmount porcelain socket. What Andrew is looking for are special fixtures designed around fatboy sockets. The socket body simply snaps into them, as if they were shell caps.

I know most flush sockets are all porcelain and have no thread or ridge to mount a fitter to. Note the the one I posted has a fitter attached. It could be a clamp on type, but could be the uno thread type. I think he was looking for the uno thread. Plus, he's looking for two.
