Hello all! If anyone has the tiny little oil cup that fits a 1914-15 8 inch G.E. Oscillator could you please let me know? I can't find any good pictures of this fan anywhere so I don't know what I'm looking for. Thanks!! Tristan

Chad, Is this the shoulder screw that also fits this 8inch I'm talking about? This fan was given to me in parts and I'm missing the shoulder screw. http://antiquefanparts.com/original-ge-kidney-base-to-yoke-or-osc-hoop-shoulder-screw/

Tristan, I feel that shoulder screw is to large to fit a GE Whiz. The shoulder screw to a whiz as well as the fan I pulled a bearing carrier from for you would have much shorter screw. Can you post a photo of your fan? This may help people in identifing the proper screw. Some Whizs will have two shoulder screws and others just one with arm rivited to base. Here are a few pictures of the fan. It's probably put together wrong thus far. The arm can't be rubbing metal on metal, right? The last picture.. I have an extra one of these? Where does it go? haha Prefer to have a fan all in one piece before putting it back together.

The part in your hand is one of two needed that goes in the inside of the neck and where the bolt goes through. you can place a small fiber washer in between parts where metal rubs metal
