My first ornate Diehl found in the wild in Wisconsin.  All I have is the stump with issues to build out from.  Any help would be appreciated purchasing the correct brass blade, guard, struts, complete oil cups front and back.  Please send me an email or PM.  Thanks.

This fan was Carlton's with this serial number and it had flat steel struts as follows:







This fan, below, is quite a bit earlier than yours and uses the square wire struts which I really like but I bet they are a bear to make.  It took two of us to mount the cage to the motor on mine.
You may need to find about the time the strut design was changed before you settle on which strut or, maybe, there are other features of each motor that used each strut style but it looks like four struts in a + pattern for each version.






Better view of the flat steel struts although I don't know if they are original or not.


And a good look at the square wire struts at the cage end.
