Welcome! I'm 17 by the way. You could get a Hunter Original if you look hard for under $80. Look at your local Habitat for Humanity Restores for Casablancas, Tatung, Hunter, etc. Good luck.

We're hosting a fan meet in eastern PA in 2 weeks on Sept 16. You are more than welcome to join us. There will be lots of fans for sale and show, and a bunch of folks that are very knowledgeable about fans. It begins at 8am. There is no cost to attend.

The info flier is posted on the events calendar here on the forum. Just let us know if you're coming.

Welcome to the hobby and forum!

Nothing at this time. The location of the regional meets is determined by who hosts it. The regionals are all volunteer and paid for/ organized by a member. This will be the closest until next year when there is one in NJ.

Dylan,
Welcome to collecting fans.   I hope you will find the people in this world and the appreciation of well made fans as wonderful as we do.   There are great people here and all love to help others if we can.

To get you started, I am a ceiling fan collector for many years and would like to get you started given your budget.

You may contact me: mel.lagarde@ymail.com
