We found this vintage swamp cooler buried in the attic of a house my daughter and son-in-law recently bought.  The house was built in 1960 in Overland Park, Kansas.  The house is a split level with a dormer bedroom, so I suspect in the old days this kept the kids cool at night before central air conditioning.  The unit runs when turned on but I'm sure needs cleaning up and restoration to give it new life.  We would like to find a good home for it, if anyone has any ideas.  I'm just dad helping them out.  Thanks.

I had to give mine away. It would cost a small fortune to ship it now days.  Better luck to you.
