   Another ceiling hung variety, with a capacitor motor courtesy of the Huber Image Archive:

Three-wing blades were reserved only for ceiling-suspended Air-Castles. If you see a three-wing ceiling mount that has been made-up converted to a pedestal, it's not a real thing, it just makes a ceiling mount more versatile to use. This example has been mounted on a very desirable 1940 Roto-Beam pedestal, image courtesy Russ Huber:
