FWIW, here's pics of one I have. It's the one that's shown in the bottom left corner of the scan that Loren provided. Found this one in an antique shop in Alexandria, MN a few years back. Edit: I just noticed that this one has only four wires holding the cage on, not eight as the catalog shows. It doesn't appear that the other two sets were ever there.
