Greetings - just joined the forum. I've been collecting fans since I was 3 - so that's 33 years of collecting. I'm happy to be part of the forum, and looking forward to the Fan Fair in KC. I live in the country in Kansas, and am pastor of 2 rural congregations.

I'm looking for all the "guts" for the GE 12" collar oscillator mechanism. Mine was given to me by my folks in 1981, and all the gears and lever had been taken out prior to that. Anybody know where I could buy the gears and lever to make it work? Repro parts would be great. OR even a set of parts that I could copy - have an excellent machinist friend who can make anything.

Thanks - have a great day.

You will need to be member to attend Fan Fair if you want to attend any of the organized events such as seminars, the auction, hotel rooms discounts  and other activities, but it is open the public and guest are welcome. The parts you are looking for a very hard to find. Good Luck.

Got the gears found! Now I need an oscillating lever to copy or to buy. Hudson Custom Machining would cut out several to have on hand. We think it's the same lever for the collar oscillator and the coin-op GE oscillator.

Again, thanks in advance for your help.
