I started working on this a good while ago and just finished. A second one is being assembled and is nearly done. Shop time has been spotty the last few years but I'm back to a more normal schedule and getting caught up on some long term projects. Kind of "back in the saddle" as it were. Anyway, I haven't shared any projects here in a long while so I thought this might be of interest.

Stunning the things a select few of you on here can fabricate! As always seems to be the case in your work Mike, just beautiful. I'd love to have one some day...

Gorgeous restoration, Mike, as always. I would like to see a video of this fan running at slow speed on a variac also. Whew, at normal speed it looks like its out for blood.

Thanks everyone!

David, it's a strong  fast runner and the camera exaggerates the sound a good bit (plus the open brushes). But it does have a nice sedate oscillation. :D

Mike hasn't been on the forum in a while, does anyone have details on how this was built? I know it is now owned by another forum member.
