Hey everyone! The switch on my fan is garbage! The bottom of the switch is so warped that it only works on high! I have tried a bunch of times to fix the switch but it is very weak and will not stay straight, so if anyone has a spare or knows where I can get a switch at least similar that I can still use the original knob I would very much appreciate it!

The 12 and the 16 use the same switch.

Not always but they are prone to getting dirty and dry. Making some think the switch is no good. Often you can use contact cleaner/lube and bring these back to working like new again.

That switch can be opbtained at a lot of hardware stores , as I have about 15 of them 2 and 3-speed versions bought locally.

Andrew I did PM you! also Rick can you give me some names of stores? I found something that might work on Lowe's website but would have to mess with it to get the original knob on it.

As always thank you for the replies!

Well thank you very much to Rick Huckabee for sending me a switch! It was the same as the old one! Brand new in the packaging!

Even came with a knob!

Looks great! It's pretty awesome to have 3 speeds again!

This fan is now back to being a productive member of society!

Next thing is new rubber feet!

Thank you again to Rick Huckabee for sending me the switch it was awesome of him to do that!

Your welcome, glad I could help. Check out the local hardware stores in your area. I get these  here in Lufkin , TX. at a locally owned store in an electrical specialties drawer , and I'm guessing they're sold everywhere.
