Am looking for a part for my GE brass bell conductor stator, I'm new to this and unsure of the correct name for the part. It's a bar/cover looking part that goes over the selector switch.

Welcome Tim. I am fairly new to this myself but if you post a picture of that area of the fan where the part is missing it will likely help in response.

It sounds like you need the insulator for the Switch Handle. Maybe try.............

If it's the cover for the switch lever, here's another consideration if you can't find a replacement. Folks apparently have fabricated their own as described in thi post:  http://www.afcaforum.com/view_topic.php?id=20198&forum_id=1&highlight=Insulator+lever
