Looking for a reverse-threaded shoulder screw for a GE 55x165 - you know, those little 8" oscillators like this:

Might be on other models too.  This is the exact screw I need:

Thanks for looking!

I can help you if you want a knurled thumb screw type. I made a larger one for a zink bell, but cutting the slot is a pain.   So if a brass knurled type suits you let me know. I have one to model:up:

Hi Lucas,

Thank you so much for this offer!

I'd like to see if I can't get the identical lower profile screw first.  I figure it will be at least a couple months before this fan hits the bench.  But I love that you can manufacture and provided a different & elegant solution - I just may be in touch!  :D

Hi Tom, if Lucas's version won't work for you, I think Darryl Hudson has them or could make them.

Tom,
Here is an original with the washer, these are hard to come by...always missing.  $17.00.

Thanks,

Chad

Lucas, I have seen a Dremel-type tool mounted on a lathe tool post with a slitting saw...just a thought.
