Sounds like you already know what you have, I have several similar models; in fact there is one blowing in my print shop right now! I don't know where to find a motor unless someone just happens to have one, you can ask on the buy sell trade forum. You may, however, not need to replace it. What are the symptoms?

Looks pretty toasty. It is also possible to re-wind the motor. A bit pricey, but if you also media blast and paint the fan while it's apart, you'll have a nice fan for the cost of a junk new one from China, and it will outlive you.

Any recommendation on a source to rebuild the motor? Any estimate on cost?

theres a couple of guys on this forum who can rebuild these old motors, Sidney Lamb, and Rick Huckabee, I believe are the two gentlemen on here that do motor work, and I hear they are very reasonable with their prices.

I believe I was quoted $175 a while back, I was looking in my P.M.s and could not find it. Can guests post ads? You may find a used one for pretty cheap. I know Tom Zaphf has a BUNCH of those fans.
