Hi All!

I will bring a circa 1867 Starrett chopper... It was used as a time saving device for the kitchen...  It was made to chop meat and vegetables...  "Always thinking about the little lady!" This was Starrett's first patent... This chopper is rare and is complete... Starrett is the company that still makes the precision micrometers and other instruments today... This is an amazing piece of history... $480  Delivered to Daryl's or Fan Fair...

I will post pictures shortly...

The triangular piece on top is called a walking beam... Starrett took this idea from the old Paddle steamers from the time... It has it's original feet and some of its paint! The blade on the chopper bucket is still very sharp!
