Here is a pretty good little micarta blade Westinghouse. It has an on off switch and a good gearbox. It jumps right to full speed when you flip the switch too. I usually find these ones in terrible condition, but this one is very nice.$75

I took this one apart and gave it some fresh grease and oil today. I also gave it a little bit of a cleaning too. It's a good looking motor with pretty clean windings. All I did inside was brush off some dust with a toothbrush
