Shipped an old Trojan fan to a client in Malaysia on July 23,2019.

Tracked the fan thru Rowlett, Coppell, DFW Texas, Chicago O’Hare, Tokyo, Japan and finally reaching Malaysia on July 31,2019.

Fan has been stuck in Customs Clearance for about a week now...

And I’m beginning to worry !

Anyone else had any experience with overseas shipments ?

Is this delay getting thru customs normal ?

I would say this is normal from my experiences. I had one that was stuck in customs for almost a week so I started to get worried. Then he contacted me saying he received & thanked me for packing it so well but the tracking still showed it was in customs even after being delivered. Hopefully this is what is happening with yours also.

Same here. When my Marelli was in the mail it stayed in customs for a bit. I was very surprised to find it on my front porch when the tracking said it was still in customs. I don’t know, but it may be another incident of the same.

Hi Jim,
My experience is with plants going through customs.

But Any items going through customs will take ten days to two weeks to any country these days.
Sometimes with plants they sit in a "quarantine mode' for three more weeks just make sure that any bugs and the plants are dead before sending them on.
