I am very much interested in purchasing a Diehl Ornate base fan.  Prefer 9" over 12" but either would be highly desired.  Looking for original paint if possible but again open to restored.
Please contact me and let me know price and pictures please.

Thank you.

Would need repo brush caps which are same as the Toilet Bowl caps, a cage badge, rebuild a switch. Maybe take the 220vDC to 110vDC if armature is bad. Master cage builder William Dunlap could work his magic and you could make like new after laying on fresh Japan. No laminates for switch coil to chase down, just build off new mica.
One oiler exists to model from.

I might know a guy with a few repo triangular switch bases.

I appreciate all you, however I am looking for a full functioning fan. I apologize but I don't have a work room right now.

It's actually not that bad a fan, it's just a bad fan for the money. If I stumbled across it in the wild for a decent price I'd be over the moon.

Not knocking the fan, simply saying I am not in a position for a project fan right now. Due to space and also life demands.

I appreciate all the leads! I hope everyone is doing well.

Sorry Steven, not talking about your choice, just a general comment and helping keep your WTB on the front page for you.

So about how much should the eBay fan go for? Surely not $999.
