GE Whiz motor  Rate Topic

Hello,
I have a GE Whiz fan that runs but gets hot and starts smoking after running just a minute or two. A local motor shop said the winding's were shot but would not take on the job.

The winding measures 24 Ohm.


I would like to find someone who can re-wind this motor.
