Here is a Silver Swan needing the oscillating parts, so I got the one on the right -  The motor smoked out, sigh - - but BOTH have super balanced blades, and the left one has NO DENTS ON THE REAR bullet!!!The "Imperial" Swan runs great - - just needs cosmetics. (plus the donor parts) An incomplete 10" Swan on Ebay just sold for $350! You could also trade the motor to complete the right model.

$250 plus shipping, that is break even price for me

I bid 120$ on that Swan. That's all it's worth to me.
I've got three nice Swans already, or I would bite on this one.
