Skolfield was an Engineer for GE. He wrote this book about the first hundred years of fan manufacturing. He does include fan makers besides GE. For a long time, this book was the only fan book out there.

It's a good book and there is a later paperbound reprint in  8.5 x 11" size.   There is no information as to who or when it was reprinted.   I got a copy from John Witt on ebay for $40 plus shipping in 2013.   It has a grey cover.
