There was an early Pacific Electric in Lacrosse Wisconsin around 1910, manufactured electric items, lamps etc. I have not been able to locate a logo for it yet. It does not seem to match the Pacific Electric Railway logo that operated around California although it dated all the way back to 1901. Who knows, it'll make a nice addition to the rest of the stuff I have laying around.

Pacific Electric of La Crosse dates back to the 19th century along with Vought Berger(two ball lamp cord adjuster), both of La Crosse. This plaque is not connected to the La Crosse concern. There is a late 19th electrical trade image of Pacific Electric of La Crosse lamps on display. I saw it years ago. I've been wondering how something from San Fran made its way to Cleveland, but I think this has part of the answer. Shamelessly stolen from the internet. Attached Image (viewed 100 times): Last edited on Fri Feb 19th, 2021 12:48 pm by Michael Rathberger |
