Fan is in complete original condition with absolutely no problems and has every single washer and screw original the fan.

I have taken apart fan and cleaned thoroughly, repacked gearbox, and rebalanced blades. Very nice deco style example of a 1940s fan.

Fan runs like glass and pulls .9 amps on hi speed.

Asking $400 before shipping. I can take apart base and fan and would likely ship in 2-3 boxes.

I can send with Dan Otoole to Houston tomorrow OR Docs in November (you might wanna throw Dan a little gas $$ for hauling it in his truck!)

I have a video uploaded to show fans functionality and condition. https://youtu.be/9uD1DVrAi_g

Cheers
