Hi everyone. I need to identify my General electric. CAT: FE9V4L. Can someone help me to know what year it is? Thanks

It's a Vortalex, between 1938 and 41 or so. First generation with the 5x3 grill assuming the body of the fan and grill are of the same age. Do you have the form number? What you listed as the cat number may be off a digit or two. Might help if you just post a picture of the tag.

The cage does. I’ve got one that looks just like it but different cat numbers. 9” three blade toggle switch. Am I reading it right as running off 220?

If it works at 220 V. I am from Argentina. Maybe it is some special export model. Do not know
