Can I get help with the following picture?  I have no idea what they are, or what they may be used for.  Found them in my son's fan collection...

Cleco clamps. Used to hold and position two pieces of metal while rivets are installed

Wow, I thank you very much.  I searched, and was trying to find out what he may have used them for.  That's cool, makes perfect sense.  I found his collection of riveting tools as well.  I appreciate it Chris.
