This blade, which came with the fan, does not fit - (from a BMY, star or Brass Bell?) TYPE AOU FORM AE1 16" - - That is an R&M blade on the fan, for testing purposes.Any reason that blade won't work? Pitch seems the same.![]() ![]()

I did this once and the wrong blade caused the motor to draw more current than was appropriate...even though it looked like a good match. FWIW

With the longer hub, it might go to a GE Kidney. They used blades with a longer hub. The front hole is plugged on Kidneys too.
