This lot sold recently on feebay, the center has tassles as apposed to "wings" I am attempting to contact the buyer & compare notes - one is missing the main spring in my collection.

Google "Stars in my Crown". it's an old western starring Joel McCrea from 1950. Within the first 10-15 minutes, his wife is shown winding up and using a shoo-fly fan on their table.
