"Babysitting." I wanted Todd to look over the fan and redo the wiring and check out the bearings. Also wanted him to make one of them fancy deflector for it. You could call him up or shoot him an email and ask for the model number. Last edited on Mon Dec 10th, 2012 02:35 pm by Louis Luu |

I'll pass......but I'd say yours is like the fan on the right. Mine came with a cast brass blade hub and a wrapped eight wire cage...All three fans are 1903 form C Attached Image (viewed 995 times): Last edited on Mon Dec 10th, 2012 03:00 pm by Kim Frank |

The deflector cage looks great on the fan. When I got mine, I made a pulley to look like the oil return. I secured it to the hub and it worked fine. The pancakes look naked without the oil return, when using just the oil slinger grooves cut into the blade hub....... another view of the pulley.......btw, I'm still interested in doing a trade or outright purchase of a 1904 stickmount cake if anyone has one they want to get rid out. Attached Image (viewed 981 times): Last edited on Mon Dec 10th, 2012 04:01 pm by Kim Frank |

Hey Kim: Look what this GE coin-op went for - might want to do some re-thinking before someone comes up with the 04 Stickmount! Kim: Check out the price on this coin-op!!! http://www.ebay.com/itm/271114419113?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649&autorefresh=true

Wow! Over $1100 for a coin op that's missing the bank door and has a bypassed switch. That's a couple of hundred more on top of the selling and shipping costs....As soon as I can find this one pancake, my collection is complete and I can start collecting Emersons............

Jeff Whitfield wrote: ... Maybe two pancakes for one coin op? Ain't that just crazy. A coin op that is missing it's counter and it still sells for $1725. Jeez, I've been selling restored complete coin ops for $1650 and less. Guess that's gonna stop. I'm guessing that a complete and fully working coin op in unrestored condition is worth at least $1725, so I'd say that now it will take two unrestored 1904 stickmounts and a case of Smirnoff's for the coin op......I'll still throw in the photos of Jeter with the bearded lady...

Yeah, I was watching both those coin ops, was amazed what they finally went for--not willing to go there though--will keep scanning the craigslist

Kim, $1725 for an AC one-speed, what's that make a DC one-speed worth, and an AC 3-speed? 60% of my collection is DC! RR

If you cost average the two that were on Ebay, they are worth $1418 each. Somebody paid way too much for the last one in my opinion, and the first one was a bit high for an unconfirmed working coin op.......as far as a DC and a three speed, who knows. I'll be hanging on to the ones I own for a while.....
