|Hi all.I'm trying to round out my nascent collection with an early 1900s fan with an ornate base, preferably 12" or larger in size. A disclaimer that I don't have deep pockets, so a rough example on the exterior is fine, and a way to stretch a dollar, as long as the internals are solid. I kind of actually appreciate something showing its age, as long as it works properly.
Obviously pancakes fit the bill, and I've seen an old Diehl as well, but I welcome any suggestions that are available from members. Looking to keep the budget reasonable, but I recognize that's subjective, so my max number is in the range of 600. If that's too low ball, send me what you have with what you're looking for dollarwise, and maybe I can up the range if it's something special. I know some members drop four figures without batting an eye, but unfortunately I'm not able to do that at this time.
As an addendum, if there are any art lovers, I make small abstract paintings, and maybe a trade of some sort could be arranged. No hard feelings if that's a dead end.
Any and all feedback would be sincerely appreciated.
PS- please advise if a variac or other current/cycle adjuster is required for any particular fan emailed.
