I had an older post about a 3 speed switch for this fan on the help forum. Finally made the time to take apart and rewire, but apparently the speed coil is bad. Hoping someone may have one available for purchase, otherwise I guess this is going to be a single speed fan. Thanks everyone... Attached Image (viewed 174 times):
