 The fan is just as I found it with nice original felt. It looks as though the power cord has been replaced, and the head wire wrapped with electrical tape (doesn't look too bad). Seems to run and oscilate fine. Just gave it a cursory cleaning, and a light polish to the brass. Don't really know what the market is... $225 plus shipping?
