But think about how often you will be changing the speeds on the fan. If you are like me I just set it where I like and really don't mess with it much at all after that. You can leave the switch in there add 4 lights, wire the motor direct and wire the lights off the wall switch. Also if you really wanted you could just hook up a remote control to run the fan. There are lots of different options.
