Problem guys. Mine does not swing back and forth easy as I think it should. I dug out the pieces of mine that was shattered, there is a steel ball in the bottom of the hole. I forgot about that as it has been a long time since I got my fan. Those who already have theirs, I'll pay the shipping both ways and drill them deeper and put the ball in there. Big apologies, this is my first attempt at this and I was flying a little blind.
