 Hey Roger, Take a good look at the image of the ratchet cast oscillator wheel image to see the small fracture in the bottom cover. Jerry Bravi reproduced them in past and they are still available seen in the link below.

I will get her internal working parts cleaned and slicked up with new lubricant, you work on wanting it even more and give it a new home.  :D
