I’ve got a 1948 Kenmore Oscillating fan that has on of the head wires broken where it goes into the coils. Is there anyway to repair or fix this? I live in Cypress just outside of Houston, Texas if anyone knows of someone local I can take it to. 
I’ve attached some pictures for reference.
