The necks are done! John said they swivel perfectly with no friction at all. I'll head out to Houston tomorrow night to get them, and try to ship Thursday. I'll post up a video when I have them in hand. Thanks again for being patient, this was a learning curve having to duplicate an old broken pot-metal part. We are saving all the jigs made, so if anyone else wants one, let me know. Next project, G.E. Pancake wall-mount adapter brackets!

All necks are shipped with one exception, you know who you are. It's been a long road, I apologize, but I wanted these to be the best they possibly could, and I think you will be very pleased. Please chime in here with comments or complaints. The neck works perfectly on mine, but in the slim possibility our fans vary, I can modify your necks and make them right.

I tested. It went together fine for me. Fan oscillated well. I thought tolerances were good and fit tight.
Thanks
MR

Looks great   but I haven't had a chance to tear into those fans. I have no doubt that it will return those fans to total functionality. Thanks & will bump one of those up in the to do line so I can give better feedback. :D
