Ed, I know Darryl Hudson makes the small size R&M flag badges. Contact him or download his catalog just to be sure I'm correct on what I'm saying. Jim

He just got my check for the badge and he does not have any of the small. Only 12 and 16 so he is tearing up the check. I found this one and am in process of buying the flag badge. Attached Image (viewed 100 times):

Ed, I guess I lost my mind. I thought the 12" and 16" flags were the same size, and Darryl had a smaller size flag also. I even was thinking I had bought some of them. But I just looked at his catalog, and there's no mention of a smaller flag for the 8" fans. My mistake. Jim
