Hi all, Have a Westinghouse MobileAire 16MA3 I've used for several years. I noticed yesterday it started making a clicking noise when in high speed. It's not clicking at the RPM speed, and if I put my foot on the base, it dampers it, so it seems like it's vibration related. It's perfectly quiet when in low speed, and it doesn't start making the click in high speed when I first switch over, but only once it's fully up to speed. I noticed there is a bit of play in the fan blade. Is that correct and/or could that be causing the click? Other ideas?

I had noted there is a bit of play in the shaft. I don't see the blade hitting anything though. Do you know if there should be play in that shaft (that the blade sits on)?

Turns out the noise is coming from the rear casing. It seems like the 2 bolts that go through don't hold it down enough. I'm not sure why it would start doing this all of a sudden though. Maybe the motor is vibrating more.
