Darryl Hudson sells the badges, Alan Willms used to make the lollipop. May still do so. You're missing the switch lever. Good luck with the project.

Where is the pendulum? Most of the cage has the square back. There are some that would appear have the round cage and is also correct. Remove cage and check the struts where the cage sits.
