I have the pictured motor that I’ve cleaned up and it runs great.  Problem is, I only have the motor.  I would like to make a Frankenstein fan with a spare base I have but I need a 12” four wing blade for clockwise operation.  The diameter of the shaft is 5/16”.  Does anyone have a blade for this application?

Geoff, thanks for identifying this motor.  I am tied up for a couple of days but will PM you later this week about the blade.

Believe it’s time to buy a lottery ticket as my luck has changed.  Got in attic today and found cage and blade for this motor.  I remember now that several years ago I scraped the base as non-repairable.  The tag reads Day-Fan, North East Appliance Corp., Subsidiary of General Motors.  Correctly identified by Geoff as I read where North East and Dayton were put together by GM.
