What is wrong with it, visually it looks ok. Those are made out of unobtainium, so finding one won’t be easy.

It was bypassed on the fan when I got it. Fan wired straight to plug. I tried with a meter to get a reading but nothing. I did not try to connect fan to it as I assumed it was bad.

You should be able to repair it if the parts are there. I would be very suspicious of that solder joint with the cord
