 It seems we have the same fan, Karolyn. Have you managed to find a source for the five speed decal (OFF 1 2, 3, 4, SLOW)? I advertised for it but no one seems to have it. The thing is I know I got it from somewhere because it's on my Century Skeletal fan. I just can't remember where.
