Pictures of the front of the motor housing (front bearing holder) and also of the underside of the oscillator bell are needed in order to give a precise date.

Not sure if this is the bell assembly but I don’t want to take it apart to photo the motor. Any guess about age would be appreciated Attached Image (viewed 478 times):

In this case the oscillator bell pictures you posted are enough to date it. Your fan is from 1940-41. In 1940, GE switched from an oscillator bell with one setting to a bell with three oscillation sweep settings like yours.
